What I cover
I specialise in Apple — Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and the ecosystem that connects them. That’s where most of my work lives, and where I’m strongest.
I also support Windows PCs, Android devices, and cross-platform setups, so if your household or office is a mix, that’s fine too.
Some of the most common things I help with:
- Machines running slowly, freezing, or behaving unpredictably
- Wi-Fi, printer, and network problems
- Email issues — sending, receiving, syncing across devices
- Setting up new Macs, iPhones, iPads, and other devices
- Migrating data from an old device to a new one
- macOS, iOS, and Windows updates, upgrades, and clean installs
- iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox — sync issues and storage management
- Backup setup and recovery — Time Machine, iCloud, and external drives
- Security checks and malware removal
- Software installation, licensing, and troubleshooting
If it’s not on this list, ask anyway. I’ve probably seen it before.
Remote or in person
Most issues can be resolved remotely — I’ll connect to your screen securely and walk you through what I’m doing as I work. It’s faster, cheaper, and you don’t need to unplug anything.
For anything that needs hands on a keyboard — hardware issues, new machine setup, networking — I’m available for on-site visits across London.
How I charge
Remote and office-based work
£40 minimum charge, covering the first 30 minutes. After that, £30 per additional 30 minutes.
On-site visits
£40 call-out charge, plus £60 per hour.
There’s no minimum contract and no obligation to commit to anything ongoing. Most people start with a single issue and go from there.
What to expect
I’ll explain what I’m doing in plain language, and I’ll always tell you what I actually think — including when a problem isn’t worth fixing, or when the honest answer is “buy a new one.” I’d rather give you good advice than bill you for extra hours.
If something is beyond my scope, I’ll say so and point you in the right direction. No guesswork, no wasted time.
