Solve Mac computer problems, fast!
A lot of problems can be solved remotely. As such, Remote technical support is, in may cases, a cost effective option. We have been Apple Mac specialists for the past 20 years. We also use Apple Macs for day to day admin tasks, and for our own hobbies (we are not simply geeks), and for everything in-between.
How does it work?
We can connect with you using Apple’s screen sharing feature, or Chrome Remote Desktop. Once connected, we can speak with you and, with your explicit approval, take control of your computer in order to get to work.
Pricing
We charge £40 for the first 30 minutes – if it’s something we can resolve in 5 minutes, we can be flexible and allow some credit. After the first 30 minutes we charge £30 per half hour. Full details on our Prices page.
