A lot of problems can be solved remotely. As such, remote technical support is, in may cases, the quickest, and most cost effective option.
How does remote support work?
Get in touch to arrange a call-back. We’ll contact you on the phone, WhatsApp, or whatever your chosen method of communication. This usually takes place within an hour, and provides an opportunity to become aquatinted and discuss the problems you’re experiencing.
If we can’t resolve the problem over the phone, we’ll decide on the best means to connect to your computer. Apple’s screen sharing feature, or Chrome Remote Desktop both work great.
With your explicit approval, we’ll set about establishing a remote connection to view and control your computer. Once connected, we can then get to work.
Pricing
We charge £40 for the first 30 minutes – if it’s something we can resolve in 5 minutes, we can be flexible and allow some credit. After the first 30 minutes we charge £30 per half hour. Full details on our Prices page.
